▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing highly fluorinated graphene involves (a) preparing graphene oxide by improving Hummer method; (b) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide, deionized water, hydrofluoric acid and potassium permanganate, placing in an ultrasonic-hydrothermal reaction kettle, performing ultrasonic and hydrothermal reaction coupling the ultrasonic frequency of 5-40 KiloHertz and the hydrothermally temperature of 120-180℃; and (c) processing the reaction mixed solution to obtain the fluorated graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly fluorinated graphene (claimed) including anti-wear lubrication, capacitance power supply, electronic device, electronic package. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, non-toxic, environment-friendly, and easy to realize scale production, and provides highly fluorinated graphene with high fluorine content, high efficiency of fluorination reaction, and excellent dispersion stability in water. The method effectively saves energy consumption, and improves the quality of the graphene fluoride. The process is simple and cost-efficient, and does not cause any environmental pollution.
