NOVELTY - Preparing spherical polystyrene/graphene three dimensional printed powder involves dispersing graphene in a solvent, and then adding modifier, and the reaction is continue for stirring at 60-100 degrees C for 2-6 hours to get solid-liquid separation. The modification of solid-liquid separation is carried out at 80-120 degrees C after the modified graphene, where ratio of graphene, modifier, solvent mass ratio of 100:10-40:300-1000. The styrene, modified graphene, initiator and liquid carbon dioxide are added to a supercritical polymerizer and continuously stirred at 60-100 degrees C for 4-12 hours to obtain polystyrene/graphene three dimensional printing. The spherical material, where the ratio of the mass fraction of styrene, modified graphene, initiator and water is 100:1-100:0.5-1.5:180-300. USE - Method for preparing spherical polystyrene/graphene three dimensional printed powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare spherical polystyrene/graphene three dimensional printed powder, which has high sphericity, controllable molecular weight and particle size, high molecular weight and solves problem of paving and sintering, and simple and environment-friendly process, low in cost and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The reaction system after the completion of the reaction is released to normal temperature and atmospheric pressure, and the liquid carbon dioxide is volatilized to obtain spherical polystyrene/graphene three dimensional printed powder.
