NOVELTY - Fabricating a non-enzyme sensor element involves printing a conductive material on a surface of a substrate to form a working electrode, a reference electrode and an auxiliary electrode, and printing a porous carbon material on the working electrode to form a porous carbon layer. The graphene film material is coated on porous carbon layer of the working electrode to form a graphene layer, and a metal is electroplated on graphene layer by a pulse constant current to form a catalyst layer including a metal oxide. USE - Method for fabricating a non-enzyme sensor element used in non-enzyme sensor for detecting a concentration of an analyte (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a non-enzyme sensor for detecting a concentration of an analyte, which comprises non-enzyme sensor element used to oxidize the analyte to generate a current, and a current sensor electrically connected to non-enzyme sensor element and for converting the current to a concentration signal.
