▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Spray-type photodisinfection agent comprises 100 pts. wt. photocurable composition, and 0.01-2 pts. wt. photocatalyst dispersed in the photocurable composition. The photocatalyst includes titanium dioxide having average size of 5-30 nm and a dopant doped on the surface of the titanium dioxide, and having average size of 0.5-100 nm. The photocurable composition comprises 10-55 wt.% silica, 35-70 wt.% photocurable binder, 3-10 wt.% crosslinkable silane compound, and 3-15 wt.% methacrylamide. The silica is surface-treated with the cross-linkable silane compound. USE - The photodisinfection agent is useful in processing and storage of agricultural and marine products, food, building materials, furniture, packaging, and general-purpose plastic household products. ADVANTAGE - The photodisinfection agent has excellent sterilization and disinfection effect against mold, bacteria, and virus, excellent shelf life and reliability of the sterilization and disinfection effect, is harmless to the human body in response to visible light wavelength range, has excellent compatibility, mixability, dispersibility and formulation stability, provides photoconversion efficiency of the photocatalyst component, minimizes the agglomeration of the photocatalyst component and optical property attenuation, can be prepared in high productivity and economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) cured product of the spray-type photodisinfection agent having a structure of a photocatalytic domain and a matrix domain surrounding the photocatalytic domain, where the matrix domain has water contact angle of greater than or equal to 60 degrees , pore volume of greater than or equal to 0.00005 cm(3)/g and pore size of less than or equal to 1 nm; and (2) producing spray-type photodisinfection agent, comprising (a) preparing a photocurable composition, and (b) adding a photocatalyst to the photocurable composition.
