NOVELTY - Molecular template is used for doping patterned atoms on graphene surface by selecting a molecular template, adsorbing the molecular template on the surface of graphene, dissociating the molecular template into atoms under external regulation and control for doping, and desorbing atom dopants. USE - Molecular template is used for doping patterned atoms on graphene surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation, low cost, and high efficiency and is suitable for any size of single layer or multilayer graphene and suitable for doping a large area of graphene.
