NOVELTY - Producing graphene slag involves using ash and moisture. The ash is made of 100-150 pts. wt. graphene slag, 200-400 pts. wt. cement, 8-10 pts. wt. surfactant, 3-5 pts. wt. tackifier, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10-15 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 50-70 pts. wt. glass chopped fiber, weight ratio of moisture to ash is 0.3-0.4. The aggregate-free concrete pile block is prepared by drying graphene slag, and putting the dried graphene slag into ball mill for grinding to obtain graphite slag powder which has particle diameter of less than 0.1 millimeter. The raw materials are weighed. The tackifier is placed into water and gradually heated and stirred to 85-90 degrees C, cooled for 2-3 hours and reserved. The graphene slag and cement are added to the above liquid in sequence, and stirred to obtain slurry uniformly, and controlled the fluidity of the slurry to 250-280 millimeter. USE - Method for producing graphene slag for preparing aggregate-free concrete pile block. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene slag that is conducive to the quantitative construction of large projects, has convenient processing, light weight, high strength, good thermal insulation characteristics, and seismic performance.
