NOVELTY - A graphene oxide modified artificial ligament preparation method involves decontaminating an artificial ligament, irradiating using UV light, contacting the irradiated artificial ligament with graphene oxide solution and grafting graphene oxide coating on the surface of the artificial ligament to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide modified artificial ligament. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene oxide modified artificial ligament with less energy consumption in a simple and environmentally-friendly manner at low cost under mild conditions by utilizing graphene oxide coating having ability to improve hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties and biocompatibility of artificial ligament, provide infection prevention and anti-inflammatory effects and promote integration of artificial grafts with host bones and forming relatively uniform and firmly bonded coating with better stability on surface of artificial ligament.
