NOVELTY - Aqueous resin coating composition comprises component A and component B at ratio of 10:(0.5-6). The component A comprises 20-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 0.6-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. de-foaming agent, 0.5-4 pts. wt. anti-settling thixotropic agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. flatting agent, 10-15 pts. wt. of 20-30 wt.% porphyrin modified graphene. The component B comprises 30-100 pts. wt. curing agent, 8-16 pts. wt. latent solvent and 20-50 pts. wt. deionized water. The preparation method of porphyrin modified suspension graphene comprises placing 1-5 g graphene in mouth flask, adding mixed acid solution of 70 wt.% sulfuric acid and 65 wt.% nitric acid, and sealing three-mouth flask opening, stirring, opening reflux. USE - Aqueous resin coating composition. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous resin coating composition has excellent abrasion-resistant epoxy resin coating material, promotes both chemical bonding effect, and reduces coating scratch problem. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous resin coating composition comprises component A and component B at ratio of 10:(0.5-6). The component A comprises 20-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 0.6-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-3 pts. wt. de-foaming agent, 0.5-4 pts. wt. anti-settling thixotropic agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. flatting agent, 10-15 pts. wt. of 20-30 wt.% porphyrin modified graphene. The component B comprises 30-100 pts. wt. curing agent, 8-16 pts. wt. latent solvent and 20-50 pts. wt. deionized water. The preparation method of porphyrin modified suspension graphene comprises placing 1-5 g graphene in mouth flask, adding mixed acid solution of 70 wt.% sulfuric acid and 65 wt.% nitric acid, sealing three-mouth flask opening, stirring, opening reflux, carrying out three-mouth flask reflux processing for 4-5 hours at 90-95℃, naturally cooling to room temperature, using large amount of deionized water for washing, and filtering until filtrate is neutral, obtaining 60-70 wt.% acidified graphene suspension with pH of 5-7, where volume of mixed acid solution is 500-700 ml, volume ratio of sulfuric acid and nitric acid is 1:1.5; taking 2-4 g of 60-70 wt.% acidified graphene suspension, adding sequentially 3-4 g dimethyl acetamide (DMAC), 0.2-0.3 mg chiral Schiff base cobalt complex, 1.5-2 g 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)porphyrin, 1-2 g tetraethyl ammonium iodide, 10-20 ml triethylamine and 5-15 ml ethylene glycol, fully mixing raw material under ultrasonic auxiliary condition, taking net-shaped glass carbon as positive electrode, platinum sheet as negative electrode, where electrolytic cell is diaphragm-free electrolytic cell, performing electrochemical modification process, where electrolytic parameter is 150-200 revolutions/minute (rpm) stirring, argon gas protection, under condition of 50-65℃ for constant current electrolysis, current density is 0.20-0.5 A/cm2, electrolytic time is 2-3 hours, after finishing electrolysis, decompressing and distilling to remove portion of solvent, drying and dehydrating, re-suspending in deionized water, and obtaining 20-30 wt.% of porphyrin modified graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous resin coating composition, which involves: a. adding aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, filler, dispersant, antifoaming agent, anti-settling thixotropic agent and flatting agent into high-speed dispersion machine to disperse uniformly, grinding until fineness is 30 microns, adding porphyrin modified suspension graphene prepared, stirring uniformly to obtain A component; b. adding curing agent, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, auxiliary solvent and deionized water uniformly to obtain B component; and c. mixing component A and component B according to mass ratio of 10:(0.5-6), coating to surface of substrate, and curing at room temperature.
