NOVELTY - The device comprising a vehicle plate (1). A bottom part of the vehicle plate is provided with a universal wheel (2). A left side of A top part plate is fixedly connected with a bending rod (7). An end part of the bending rod is connected to a push rod (8). The positive end of the vehicle plate is connected with a supporting plate (5). A top part of a motor is connected fixedly with a motor (3). An output end of a rotating rod is connected with a clamping rod. The rotating rod is fixed away from the motor. A clamping groove is provided on a surface of the rotating rod. A fixing plate (6) is connected to a top part of a car plate. A curved frame (10) is rotatably connected through a bearing. A semicircular block (11) is fixed on the inner wall of the curved frame. An end part of the curved frame is fixedly connected with the rotating rod. A right side of the vehicle plate is provided with a cutting mechanism (12). USE - Graphene electric heating film cutting device. ADVANTAGE - The device allows a tooth cutter to meshing for cutting the graphene electro-thermal film with the tooth cutter blade through mutual cooperation of tooth cutter and tooth cutter blades, thus improving sharpness of graphene electric heating film cutting. The device increases tension force of the graphene film when paving, so as to reduce the efficiency of graphene film cutting, thus increasing the convenience of the user.
