NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene oxide comprises taking graphene oxide as raw material and ammonia as nitrogen source, placing 30 mg graphene oxide and 10 ml ammonia at mass ratio of 2-4:1 in double-layer quartz cup, sealing with Teflon (RTM: PTFE), placing in stainless steel tank, placing stainless steel tank in drying oven at 200 plus minus 20 degrees C for 2-4 hours and cooling.
