NOVELTY - Preparation of silicon monoxide/graphene composite material, involves mixing nano-silica and oxidized graphene, to obtain a mixture, reacting mixture under vacuum, to synthesis nano-silicon and nano-silica into silicon oxide, thermally reducing a portion of the oxidized graphene to obtain an intermediate, and reducing intermediate with hydrazine hydrate, to obtain silicon monoxide/graphene composite material. USE - Preparation of silicon monoxide/graphene composite material used for negative electrode sheet of battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silica nanoparticles can effectively separate the graphene to prevent agglomeration, and the material cycle performance is improved.
