▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Antiviral PTFE film comprises filter layer with nano holes and an antiviral layer positioned on the surface of filter layer. The antiviral layer is graphene. USE - Antiviral PTFE film used in mask (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has improved safety and antiviral effect. The graphene is a burr structure attached to the surface of the PTFE film. After the graphene is pulled and torn, the serrated sharp edges of the graphene increase, and the sharp edges form a burr structure. When viruses and pathogenic microorganisms are intercepted on the surface of PTFE filter, the burr structure penetrates into the structure of pathogenic microorganisms and viruses, destroys their biological activity, finishing the sterilizing effect, and significantly enhances the antiviral effect of PTFE film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of antiviral PTFE film, which involves (S1) mixing PTFE and lubricating oil in the ratio of 4-6:1, and injecting the mixture into an extruder to extrude and roll the mixture into primary belt, and heating and deoiling the primary belt to prepare primary dry sheet, (S2) carrying out ultraviolet irradiation on first-stage dry sheet to prepare modified primary-stage dry sheet, rolling the graphene film on the surface of modified dry sheet at the temperature of 280-300℃, and longitudinally stretching to prepare primary-stage film, and (S3) rolling the graphene film on the surface of primary film at the temperature of 280-300℃, transversely stretching to prepare secondary film, and heating and shaping the secondary film.
