NOVELTY - Bagasse graphene-copper-polyvinyl butyral composite material comprises waste bagasse, potassium acetate and copper acetate. USE - The composite material is useful for preparing thermally conductive material and anticorrosive coating (claimed), and national defence industry. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, safe, environmentally-friendly and suitable for continuous industrial production, and improves stability without changing the original properties of copper. The composite material has wide spectral absorption and low emission functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the composite material, involving (i) prepare polyvinyl butyral (PVB) ethanol slurry, (ii) preparaing bagasse graphene by taking the bagasse dry powder, heating under nitrogen to carry out heating reaction (A), cooling to obtain bagasse carbon product, adding potassium acetate, mixing and heating under nitrogen to carry out heating reaction (B) and cooling to obtain bagasse graphene, (iii) preparing bagasse graphene-copper composite by adding polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether, lactic acid and copper acetate to bagasse graphene, mixing to carry out constant temperature reaction, and performing light reaction to obtain bagasse graphene-copper composite, and (iv) uniformly mixing the polyvinyl butyral ethanol slurry with the bagasse graphene-copper composite to obtain the product.
