NOVELTY - Preparing pipe material comprises (i) choosing mineral-inorganic composite materials, removing impurities, grinding, using electric furnace to melt the mineral materials to obtain molten raw materials, (ii) casting and forming the molten raw material in combination with pipe mold by means of centrifugal casting, and then demolding and cooling the pipe material blank to room temperature, heating and densifying again to obtain pipe material blank, and (iii) coating the outside of the pipe blank with an anti-corrosion coating, using an inner forming die to load it into the pipe blank, injecting the tube core raw material into the gap between the pipe blank and the inner molding die, and after injection molding, the inner molding die is taken out to obtain the finished pipe material. USE - The method is useful for preparing pipe material under heavy salt environment for tubular product used in industrial or chemical industry. ADVANTAGE - The pipe material: is provided with high strength and excellent corrosion resistance; can have compact pipe wall, so that it can have good strength when the pipe is subjected to the subsequent pipeline heating and compact processing; coated with anti-corrosion coating to prevent the pipe from corrosion.
