NOVELTY - A current collector comprises a temperature control film provided with surface (I) and surface (II) opposite to surface (I), both surfaces plated with a conductive reinforcing layer made of copper or aluminum material. The temperature control film is a non-metal heat-absorbing conductive material. USE - Current collector for use in an electrode of a lithium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The current collector has reduced battery current collector quality, and improves battery energy density, safety, and cycle performance.
