NOVELTY - A high-strength acrylic adhesive material comprises acrylic ester rubber, natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, highly wear-resistant carbon black, graphene, butyl stearate, tributyl citrate, aminosilane-bonded silica gel, glass powder, antiaging agent 445 (4,4-bis( alpha , alpha -dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine), antiaging agent IPPD (N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine), antiaging agent NBC (nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate), zinc oxide, sodium oleate, sulfur, and accelerator DZ (N,N-dicyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfenamide). USE - Acrylic adhesive material is used for preparing automobile oil seal components (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-strength acrylic adhesive material comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylic ester rubber, 20-28 pts. wt. natural rubber, 8-14 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 24-30 pts. wt. highly wear-resistant carbon black, 6-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1.2-1.6 pts. wt. butyl stearate, 2.1-2.5 pts. wt. tributyl citrate, 2-3.2 pts. wt. aminosilane-bonded silica gel, 7-11 pts. wt. glass powder, 2.2-2.6 pts. wt. antiaging agent 445, 1-1.5 pts. wt. antiaging agent IPPD, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. antiaging agent NBC, 1.5-2.2 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-1.3 pts. wt. sodium oleate, 5.4-6.2 pts. wt. sulfur, and 1.8-2.4 pts. wt. accelerator DZ. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of adhesive material, which involves preheating carbon black, graphene, glass powder, and aminosilane-bonded silica gel to 140-145 degrees C, preheating butyl stearate, tributyl citrate, and antiaging agents to 135-140 degrees C, mixing acrylic rubber, natural rubber, and chloroprene rubber, microwave-heating at 380-420 W and 5-7 GHz for 2-3 minutes to obtain a primary mixture, adding the preheated materials, microwave-heating at 350-380 W and 8-10 GHz for 1-2 minutes to obtain a secondary mixture, adding zinc oxide, sodium oleate, sulfur, and accelerant to the secondary mixture, vulcanizing at 168-172 degrees C and 20-22 MPa for 2-2.5 minutes, and cooling naturally.
