NOVELTY - Preparing iron oxide single crystal nano-tube and nitrogen-doped graphene composite nano material, comprises (a) configuring 0.5 micromol ferric trichloride aqueous solution and 0.02 micromol ammonium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution, mixing according to a specific proportion, adding deionized water the mixed solution, acutely stirring for a period of time, placing the mixed solution after stirring into the stainless steel high pressure reaction kettle with polytetrafluoroethylene lining, crystallizing in the air flow oven, centrifuging and separating, washing with ethanol and deionized water, vacuum drying to obtain alpha ferric oxide single crystal nanotube, (b) taking the prepared ferric oxide single crystal nano tube and nitrogen source as raw material, adding ferric oxide single crystal nano tube, urea and melamine, then placing under the protection of nitrogen for calcining, controlling the calcining temperature and naturally cooling to obtain product. USE - The iron oxide single crystal nano-tube and nitrogen-doped graphene composite nano material is useful in food, cosmetic and other industries. ADVANTAGE - The composite nano material: is economical has simple preparation process and excellent operation stability.
