NOVELTY - Low-light curing anticorrosive coating comprises two components A and B, where ratio of the A component and the B component is: A: B is 100: (1-10). The component A comprises 90 to 110 pts. wt. main resin, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1 to 5 pts. wt. blocking wax, 0.5 to 5 pts. wt. accelerator, and 0.001 to 0.1 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 0.1-2 pts. wt. thixotropic agent, 0.1-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 20-500 pts. wt. reactive diluent and 0.5-20 pts. wt. color paste. The main resin is a methacrylate prepolymer, an acrylate prepolymer, an unsaturated polyester resin. The graphene has a D50 of 7-20 microns, the number of layers is 10. The graphene is prepared by oxidizing treatment of flake graphite, stripping and then reducing by ball milling. The blocking wax is one of the 52nd paraffin wax, the 56th paraffin wax, the 58th paraffin wax or the compound and the silica sol are compounded and mixed according to the ratio of 10:(0.1-0.5). USE - Low-light curing anticorrosive coating for engineering machinery and truck metal surface coating. ADVANTAGE - The low-light curing anticorrosive coating has strong adhesion, high hardness, anti-friction and impact resistance. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing low-light curing anticorrosive coating, which involves: (A) putting the reactive diluent into the reaction vessel and heating to raise the temperature; (B) heating to 50-70 degrees C, adding blocking wax to the mixture, stirring and dispersing for 0.2 to 2 hours; (C) lowering temperature to 0 degrees C, and adding main resin, graphene, accelerator, polymerization inhibitor, thixotropic agent, auxiliary agent, color paste and stirring; (D) filtering package to obtain the A component; and (E) mixing A component and the B component during on-site construction.
