▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene sensor unit including a patterned graphene layer which is formed in one side of base film. A graphene heater unit includes a graphene layer which is formed in other side of the base film. USE - Graphene gas sensor such as carbon nano-tube sensor. ADVANTAGE - The high gas detection sensitivity is achieved, due to the adsorption of gas and graphene heater layer including the patterned graphene sensor layer hence the reaction time is minimized and excellent thermal and chemical stability is achieved.
