NOVELTY - Preparation graphene doped with nitrogen comprises mixing carbon source and indigo in dispersion solvent; drying solution, and mixing to obtain mixed solid; and raising temperature to 500-1500 degrees C under protection of protective gas, carrying out heat preservation, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing graphene doped with nitrogen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environment-friendly and easy for industrial production. It has cheap raw material.
