NOVELTY - Sea mud area anticorrosive graphene coating comprises graphene, silicon dioxide microsphere, dispersion medium, silver powder, resin monomer, initiator, triethanolamine dispersant and coating base material. The graphene is a single-layer graphene, double-layer graphene, multilayer graphene, graphene oxide and/or nitrogen doped graphene. The dispersion medium is deionized water, xylene, ethanol and/or acetone. The resin monomer is phenolic resin monomer, acrylic resin monomer, propylene resin monomer or dimethyl silicone oil monomer. The coating base material is silicone resin and epoxy resin. USE - Used as sea mud area anticorrosive graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive graphene coating: is easy to disperse due to grapheme, which does not cause aggregation and enhances the corrosion resistance of the coating; and has simple composition, waterproof performance and anti-aging performances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sea mud area anticorrosive graphene coating comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. silicon dioxide microsphere, 20-30 pts. wt. dispersion medium, 2-10 pts. wt. silver powder, 16-40 pts. wt. resin monomer, 1-2 pts. wt. initiator, 1-2 pts. wt. triethanolamine dispersant and 200-300 pts. wt. coating base material. The graphene is a single-layer graphene, double-layer graphene, multilayer graphene, graphene oxide and/or graphene doped with nitrogen. The dispersion medium is deionized water, xylene, ethanol and/or acetone. The silicon dioxide microsphere has a grain diameter of 1-10 mu m and the aperture of hollow mesoporous silicon dioxide microsphere is 10-100 nm. The silver powder has a grain diameter of 60-300 nm. The resin monomer is phenolic resin monomer, acrylic resin monomer, propylene resin monomer or dimethyl silicone oil monomer. The initiator is azobisisobutyryonitrile, azobisisoheptonitrile, isopropyl benzene hydroperoxide, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, benzoyl peroxide, dicumyl peroxide or di-tert-butyl peroxide. The coating base material is silicone resin, epoxy ethylene glycol, epoxy resin and/or butyl etherified amino resin. The coating is prepared by (a) dispersing hollow mesoporous silicon dioxide microsphere, graphene and silver powder in dispersion medium, vibrating and stirring to form hollow mesoporous silicon dioxide microsphere, whose surface is uniformly loaded with graphene and silver powder (b) adding resin monomer, stirring at a high speed, where the resin monomer covers the graphene and silver powder loaded mesoporous silicon dioxide microsphere to obtain composite microsphere suspension and (c) adding initiator into the composite microsphere suspension, high speed stirring for polymerization of the micro-water-soluble resin monomer on the surface, forming a resin film, adding triethanolamine and coating base material, stirring and dispersing.
