▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing inorganic nano-type conductive heat-insulating coating comprises (1) taking 30-40 wt.% aqueous resin, 10-15 wt.% inorganic silicate, 5-8 wt.% nano slurry, 2-4 wt.% graphene, 0.1-0.2 wt.% wetting agent, 0.5-1 wt.% dispersant , 15-25 wt.% reflective pigments and fillers, 0.1-0.2 wt.% anti-settling agent, 0.1-0.2 wt.% thickener, 1-2 wt.% anti-freeze agent and water (balanced amount) as raw material, (2) adding water, dispersant, wetting agent, reflective pigments and fillers, inorganic silicates into a stirring device for preliminary stirring, (3) adding nano slurry, stirring and ultrasonic mixing, (4) adding aqueous resin, stirring and mixing, and (5) adjusting pH value and consistency and filtering to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing inorganic nano-type conductive heat-insulating coating. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic nano-type conductive heat-insulating coating: can form a circulation to reduce turbulent flow and avoid discrete dead angles; has simple structure; no need add additional control structure, and improves the cavitation effect.
