▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Low chromatic aberration ceramic glaze comprises 20-40 wt.% quartzite, 25-45 wt.% potash feldspar, 5-10 wt.% kaolin, 1-5 wt.% borax, 1-3 wt.% zinc oxide, 1-3 wt.% zirconium silicate, 7-15 wt.% calcium carbonate, 1-5 wt.% magnesium carbonate, 1-5 wt.% strontium carbonate, 0.5-2 wt.% phosphorus pentoxide, 1-3 wt.% lithium carbonate, and 0.5-2 wt.% modified graphene. USE - The low chromatic aberration ceramic glaze is used in the field of ceramic tile production. ADVANTAGE - The low chromatic aberration ceramic glaze reduces the chromatic aberration of ceramic tiles, effectively reduces the color difference, is even and smooth, has uniform color, and is obtained by simple firing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the low chromatic aberration ceramic glaze, comprising (a) pulverizing quartz stone and potassium feldspar, ball milling through a 300-mesh screen to obtain a mixed powder, (b) mixing the mixed powder with kaolin, borax, zinc oxide, zirconium silicate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, strontium carbonate, phosphorus pentoxide, and lithium carbonate and ball milling to obtain a basic glaze, (c) mixing the basic glaze with 40-50% modified graphene to obtain the first glaze, and (d) dispersing the remaining modified graphene in water, and adding amine chloride to obtain the second glaze.
