▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing blended modified polyvinylidene fluoride film comprises (i) adding titanium dioxide, graphene and a porogen to a polar solvent, adding polyvinylidene fluoride, and uniformly mixing to obtain a casting solution, (ii) scraping the casting solution, solidifying in a coagulation bath, soaking and air-drying to obtain a blended matrix film. USE - The film is useful for vacuum membrane distillation separation and recovery process in the field of high salinity organic wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film: comprises polyvinylidene fluoride, nano graphene and titanium dioxide ensures the performance of the hydrophobic film and enhances the anti-pollution performance of the membrane; reduces fouling during membrane distillation by ultraviolet light irradiation; reduces membrane flux attenuation; has broad application prospect; and preparation method is simple and convenient for operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) blended modified polyvinylidene fluoride film; and (2) use method of blended modified polyvinylidene fluoride film comprising (i) cutting the blended modified polyvinylidene fluoride film into a certain shape and placing it in the membrane module, and (ii) placing the vacuum regulating valve on the membrane module, let the drawn air purge the vacuum side of the membrane module and adjusting the system vacuum during the vacuuming process, condensing the condensing tube, turning on the hot liquid circulating pump and adjusting the flow rate of the liquid , after the system is stable, irradiating the surface of the membrane in the membrane module with ultraviolet light.
