▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Peanut shell graphene-copper-nickel-polyvinyl butyral composite material prepared using peanut shell graphene and copper-nickel bimetallic materials is claimed. USE - The peanut shell graphene-copper-nickel-polyvinyl butyral composite material is useful for preparing a heat conductive material and an anticorrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has broad spectral absorption and low emission function. The method is simple, economical, safe and environmentally-friendly and is suitable for continuous industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing peanut shell graphene-copper-nickel-polyvinyl butyral composite material comprising (i) heating peanut shell dry powder at 550-900 degrees C under nitrogen, insulating, cooling to obtain peanut shell carbon material, mixing peanut shell carbon material with potassium acetate, heating under nitrogen at 900-1100 degrees C, insulating, and cooling to obtain peanut shell graphene, (ii) dispersing copper-nickel bimetallic substance into mixed solution containing deionized water and ethanol, adding peanut shell graphene to the mixed solution, performing ultrasonic reaction, heating, cooling, centrifuging obtained product, washing, drying to obtain peanut shell graphene copper-nickel composite, and (iii) mixing peanut shell graphene-copper-nickel composite with polyvinyl butyral ethanol slurry.
