▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for peeling graphene oxide nanomembrane from a substrate, involves placing in a reduction chamber with hydrogen iodide steam for chemical reduction until the graphene oxide is automatically peeled from the substrate, during the reduction process, at least the concentration of hydrogen iodide is above 0.3 g/l and the concentration of water vapor is below 0.07 g/l for more than 10 minutes of reduction, where the base is a rigid substrate with a porosity greater than 60%, and the thickness of the graphene oxide nanomembrane is 20-100 nm. USE - The method is useful for peeling graphene oxide nanomembrane from substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces independent membrane preparation steps, and adopts simple, economical and short operation process, avoids the problems of insufficient strength of the anodic aluminum oxide film to withstand the weight of the transfer agent after the increase in the size of the nanomembrane, and difficulty in the transfer operation during the solid phase transfer process, and ensures the integrity and uniformity of the large-size membrane.
