NOVELTY - Dielement assembly comprises graphene oxide and humic acid. USE - The dielement assembly is useful as fluorescent tracer and/or carrier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dielement assembly has high fluorescence intensity than that of graphene oxide. The method is simple; does not require high device and personnel requirement and is easy to popularize and apply. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing dielement assembly comprising (a) adding ultra-pure water to graphene oxide, ultrasonically processing, suspending the graphene oxide nano sheet to obtain graphene oxide colloid solution (b) slowly adding sodium hydroxide solution to humic acid, continuously shaking until the humic acid particles are completely dissolved, adding ultra-pure water, ultrasonically processing under ice bath condition, dissolving the humic acid to obtain the humic acid solution and (c) mixing graphene oxide colloid solution with humic acid solution to obtain the mixed solution, adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution to 7, performing ultrasonic treatment, mixing the solution uniformly and storing in the low temperature environment
