▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide waterborne polyurethane anti-impact anticorrosive coating comprises aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate monomers, polyols, catalysts, hydrophilic chain extenders, crosslinking agent, a silane coupling agent, an aqueous graphene oxide solution, and a first neutralizing agent. USE - Graphene oxide waterborne polyurethane anti-impact anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide waterborne polyurethane anti-impact anticorrosive coating has simple preparation, easy to operate, has low requirements on equipment, and has short curing time, can effectively reduce the protection cost, and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide waterborne polyurethane anti-impact anticorrosive coating, which involves: (A) stirring and mixing an aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate monomer with a polyol under a protective gas atmosphere; (B) sequentially adding a hydrophilic chain extender and a catalyst to the reaction liquid prepared, and stirring and mixing; (C) adding a crosslinking agent to the reaction liquid, stirring and mixing the reaction; (D) adding a silane coupling agent to the reaction liquid, stirring and mixing the reaction; (E) cooling the reaction liquid, adding the first neutralizing reagent, after the reaction is completed; and (F) adding aqueous solution of graphene oxide to obtain graphene oxide waterborne polyurethane anti-impact anticorrosive coating.
