▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nanocomposite polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane involves dissolving 15-40 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride resin and 5-20 wt.% additive in 40-80 wt.% solvent or diluent, defoaming to form polyvinylidene fluoride casting solution, dispersing 0.5-20 wt.% nano-functional material in 0.5-5 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride solution to obtain nano-functional material solution, using three-layer channel spinneret as co-extrusion equipment, extruding the casting solution through middle channel of extruder to form hollow fiber membrane component, extruding nano-functional material solution through outer channel to form surface nano-functional layer on hollow fiber membrane, using inner channel to extrude core liquid, gas or reinforcing material to form inner cavity of hollow fiber membrane, immersing polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane component with surface nano-functional layer in coagulation bath at -20 degrees C to 60 degrees C for phase conversion and curing. USE - Preparation of nanocomposite polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method adopts co-extrusion and modification process without affecting the performance of the membrane flux and solute retention, and produces hollow fiber membrane with surface composite nano-functional layer, which is not easy to peel off, and exhibits excellent stability and modification effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for co-extrusion equipment.
