NOVELTY - Environment-friendly, high speed print offset printing ink comprises 5-6 pts. wt. rice bran oil, 30-35 pts. wt. rosin-modified phenolic resin, 0.3-0.4 pt. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. graphene, 0.5-0.6 pt. wt. mesoporous carbon, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. aluminum oxo-2-ethylhexanoate homopolymer, 53-58 pts. wt. soybean oil, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. t-butyl hydroperoxide, 20-30 pts. wt. colorant, 1-2 pts. wt. lanthanum isooctanoate, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 2-3 pts. wt. acrylic acid and balance mineral oil. USE - Environment-friendly, high speed print offset printing ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink has improved coating performance, lubricating properties and thixotropic properties, and is easy to solidify. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of environment-friendly, high speed print offset printing ink comprising grinding carbon nanotubes, graphene, mesoporous carbon and gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, adding soybean oil, rice bran oil, methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid, mixing at 60-70 degrees C, adding t-butyl hydroperoxide, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding rosin-modified phenolic resin, reacting at 170-180 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours, cooling, adding aluminum oxi-2-ethylhexanoate homopolymer and mineral oil, stirring at 90 degrees C, heating to 175-180 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, cooling, adding remaining raw materials, mixing, grinding, and rolling.
