NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion and flame-retardant graphene highly conductive ink comprises 15-30 pts. wt. graphene powder, 5-15 pts. wt. nano silver powder, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-flame retardant, 40-60 pts. wt. solvent, 50-100 pts. wt. water, 10-20 pts. wt. hot-melt dispersant, 30-50 pts. wt. resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. film forming agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-rust agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. thickener, and 0.1-5 pts. wt. defoamer. USE - Anti-corrosion and flame-retardant graphene highly conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion and flame-retardant graphene highly conductive ink has a square resistance of 16 Omega per 30 mu m, a square resistance difference of each point is less than or equal to 1 Omega , a salt spray resistant coating intact of 500 hours, and a fire resistance time of more than 20 minutes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anti-corrosion and flame-retardant graphene highly conductive ink, which involves: (A) dispersing graphene powder, nano silver powder and nano-level flame retardant in a solvent to obtain a uniform dispersion; (B) drying to obtain a composite powder; (C) mixing the wetting and dispersing agent and water at high speed by adding the composite powder to obtain a mixture; (D) dispersing and mixing the resin, film-forming aid and rust inhibitor at high speed to obtain mixture; (E) adding the formed mixture, thickener and defoamer to the former mixture with stirring uniformly to obtain a third mixture; and (F) ball milling the third mixture to get the anti-corrosion and flame-retardant graphene highly conductive ink.
