NOVELTY - Antibacterial high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic comprises antibacterial agent reinforced HDPE, graphene, bamboo charcoal fiber, toughener, flame retardant plasticizer, antioxidant, methyl silicone oil, polyethylene glycol and coupling agent. The antibacterial agent-reinforced HDPE is prepared by dissolving PVC in DMF solvent, adding dropwise to the DMF solution of organic amine or organic phosphine, after raising the temperature, reflux for 2-5 hours in a nitrogen atmosphere, after the completion of the reaction, adding HDPE and fully stirring to dissolve, stirring and reacting for 0.5-1 hours, pouring the mixed liquid into 10 times the volume of distilled water to precipitate the product, after suction filtration and drying. The product is sent to the twin-screw extrusion through the feeding funnel for granulation, and then it is extruded by parallel twin-screw, and finally water-cooled and shaped to obtain the antimicrobial agent-reinforced HDPE. USE - Antibacterial high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic. ADVANTAGE - The antibacterial high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic has good high temperature resistance, mechanical properties, safety, surface properties and antibacterial properties, and has broad application prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antibacterial HDPE plastic, which involves: (A) premixing graphene, bamboo charcoal fiber, and methyl silicone oil to obtain a premix; (B) mixing the antibacterial agent-reinforced HDPE and polyethylene glycol uniformly, adding the premix and coupling agent, raise the temperature to 100-150 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 1-2 hours; (C) adding tougheners, flame retardant plasticizers, and antioxidants, stirring and mixing uniformly for 0.5-1 hours; and (D) extruding and molding obtained mixture by parallel twin-screws, and finally water-cooling and shaping and drying to obtain antibacterial HDPE plastic.
