NOVELTY - The device has a gas pressure control unit (10) fixed on a pressure-resistant gas collecting pipeline (9) and connected with a gas collecting unit (11). An air inlet pipeline (8) is fixed in an airtight reaction cavity. A filter cold trap (6) and the gas collecting system are connected by a three-way valve (7). A power supply control system controls an output voltage value, an opening and closing state of a circuit according to a waste plastic filler resistance value in the cavity. USE - The device is useful for preparing graphene and hydrogen by using joule heat conversion waste plastic, where the graphene is useful in solid waste treatment and resource utilization. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene and hydrogen by using joule heat conversion waste plastic, which has high economic value and sustainable energy characteristic, and improves the conversion efficiency of the resource conversion rate of mixed waste plastic.
