▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Composition for forming an injectable hydrogel, comprises: (A) not less than 1 wt.% graphene-based material; and (B) greater than or equal to 5 wt.% triblock copolymer. The triblock copolymer is crosslinked through the vinylcarbonyl group to form a nanogel. USE - The composition is useful for forming injectable hydrogel; and for preparing sustained-release drug carrier (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition can be prepared by a simple mixing process. In addition, the composition is substantially free from in vitro and in vivo stability problems encountered with conventional hydrogel compositions. Further, the composition has high biocompatibility as well as excellent mechanical properties such as high storage modulus. It can form highly biocompatible, non-toxic, injectable hydrogel with good in vitro and in vivo stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composition for forming an injectable hydrogel, comprises: (A) not less than 1 wt.% graphene-based material; and (B) greater than or equal to 5 wt.% triblock copolymer. The triblock copolymer is a copolymer of formula 1 and is crosslinked through the vinylcarbonyl group to form a nanogel. n=8-540; m=16-70; and R=H or a vinylcarbonyl group (CH2=CHCO-). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is a sustained-release drug carrier comprising: (1) the composition; and (2) a protein drug.
