NOVELTY - Carbon-coated ferric phosphate pyrophosphate anode material comprising a chemical complex of sodium-iron-phosphate-pyrophosphate, is new. USE - The anode material is useful in the field of sodium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode material has high purity phase, and exhibits excellent magnification performance and cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Carbon-coated ferric phosphate pyrophosphate anode material comprising a chemical complex of sodium-iron-phosphate-pyrophosphate (NaaFeb(PO4)c(P2O7)) (I), is new. a = 3-4; a = c+2; b = c+1; and c = 1-2. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the carbon-coated ferric phosphate pyrophosphate anode material.
