NOVELTY - A composite masterbatch comprises 45-52 wt.% graphene, 20-40 wt.% zinc dialkyldithiophosphate, 2-5 wt.% gamma -(aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, 1-5 wt.% stearic acid, 1-3 wt.% fatty acid soap, 3-15 wt.% inorganic filler, 8-15 wt.% rubber matrix and 5-15 wt.% naphthenic oil. USE - Composite masterbatch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite masterbatch has low Mooney viscosity, and enables formation of vulcanized product having excellent tensile strength, tear strength, aging resistance and abrasion resistance.
