NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide epoxy resin comprises adding dispersant to a container, adding 2-methylimidazole to the container, then continuing adding graphene oxide after completely dissolving the 2-methylimidazole, and stirring with a mixer to form dispersion system, adding F5538 and anti-settling agent 202P to epoxy resin, and stirring with mixer for dispersing completely, continuing adding talc and barium sulfate to epoxy resin, then adding dispersion system to prepare graphene oxide solution, and using mixer for stirring and dispersing to obtain composite coating, processing 304 stainless steel into a cube, using 1000 mesh silicon carbide sandpaper for polishing the surface of stainless steel until a metallic luster appears, and then encapsulating the surface except the painted surface with epoxy resin, uniformly coating the composite coating on the coating surface of 304 stainless steel, and curing in a dryer. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the anti-corrosion performance of the composite coating; has stable anti-corrosion performance of the composite coating; and can stably maintain a longer anti-corrosion life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide epoxy resin comprises (a) adding dispersant to a container at more than 25-35 degrees C, adding 1-2 pts. wt. 2-methylimidazole to the container, then continuing adding 1-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide after completely dissolving the 2-methylimidazole, and stirring for 25-35 minutes with a mixer to form dispersion system, (b) adding 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. F5538 and 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent 202P to 93-99 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and stirring with a mixer for dispersing completely, (c) continuing adding 4-6 pts. wt. talc and 4-6 pts. wt. barium sulfate to epoxy resin, then adding dispersion system to prepare graphene oxide solution, and using mixer for stirring and dispersing for 28-32 minutes to obtain composite coating, (d) processing 304 stainless steel into a cube, using 1000 mesh silicon carbide sandpaper for polishing the surface of stainless steel until a metallic luster appears, and then encapsulating the surface except the painted surface with epoxy resin, and (e) uniformly coating the composite coating on the coating surface of 304 stainless steel, and curing in a dryer at 75-85 degrees C.
