NOVELTY - Semi-conductive shielding material comprises 100 pts. wt. ethylene butyl acrylate resin, 25-40 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 4-8 pts. wt. functional additives, the conductive carbon black includes high oil absorption value conductive carbon black and low oil absorption value conductive carbon black, the high oil absorption value conductive carbon black has an oil absorption value of 300 ml/100g-400 ml/100 g, the low oil absorption value conductive carbon black has an oil absorption value of 120 ml/100 g-220 ml/100 g, the weight ratio of the high oil absorption value conductive carbon black and the low oil absorption value conductive carbon black is 1: (2-4). USE - The high voltage cable semi-conductive shielding material is useful for high-voltage cables. ADVANTAGE - The high voltage cable semi-conductive shielding material has good conductivity, mechanical performance and peeling adhesive property, improves the conductivity and mechanical performance caused by the graphene, overcomes the bad effect that the high voltage cable semi-conductive shielding material must be added with a large amount of carbon black to obtain the pre-determined electric conductivity and the bad influence of the molding and mechanical property.
