NOVELTY - A graphene oxide microsphere comprises erythrocytes-containing three-dimensional porous structure. USE - Graphene oxide microsphere used for preparation of graphene microsphere (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate and convenient to regulate and control, and has easily obtained raw materials, low production cost, and high production efficiency. The graphene microsphere is high in purity and can be prepared in batches. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of graphene oxide microsphere by electrostatically spraying precursor solution comprising graphene oxide suspension to obtain microsphere droplets; and collecting and injecting with coagulation liquid comprising cationic surface active agent solution or polycationic material solution; and (2) preparation of graphene microsphere by subjecting graphene oxide microsphere to chemical reduction method comprising reducing agent-based chemical reduction, photochemical reduction, or thermal chemical reduction. The three-dimensional porous structure comprises hollow spherical structure, class structure of red blood cells, bagels structure, class structure tadpoles, jellyfish structure, or core-shell structure. The reducing agent comprises hydrazine hydrate, sodium borohydride, hydroiodic acid or ascorbic acid.
