▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface coating method of metallic lithium belt comprises (i) dispersing the micron-scale or nano-scale lithium electrode active powder material in a low-polarity organic solvent material to form a uniform slurry, where the mass ratio of the powder material and solvent material is 1-10:90-99, and the micro-scale or nano-scale lithium electrode active powder material adopts inorganic micro-materials, inorganic nano-materials, two-dimensional layered materials and/or organic polymer materials; (ii) smoothing to-be-coated surface of the metal lithium tape in an environment where the dew point is less than or equal to -45degrees Celsius; (iii) dropping the slurry on the surface of the leveled metal lithium belt, using a scraping tool with a scraper gap of less than or equal to 10 microns to uniformly coat the dripped slurry on surface of the leveled metal lithium belt, where the slurry can form a thin film layer on surface of the metal lithium belt after drying; and (iv) cutting and sealing the coated metal lithium belt. USE - The lithium belt is useful in lithium electrode and lithium secondary battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate and has low production cost, high product consistency, and good cycle performance when applied in a lithium secondary battery.
