NOVELTY - Preparation of fiber fabric-reinforced polyaryletherketone resin-based prepreg by adding soluble precursor polyaryletherketone to organic solvent, stirring to obtain polyaryletherketone solution with density of 0.7-2.0 g/cm3, painting and/or spraying the polyaryletherketone solution on the surface of the fiber fabric, heating, drying and hydrolyzing with protic acid-water-organic solvent, washing with deionized water, and drying. The prepreg comprises 50-75 vol.% fiber. The fiber fabric-reinforced polyaryletherketone resin-based prepreg is polyaryletherketone solution impregnated fiber fabric component or polyaryletherketone solution non-fully impregnated fiber fabric component. The amount of resin in polyaryletherketone solution not-fully impregnated fiber fabric component is 5 vol.% or less. USE - Preparation of fiber fabric-reinforced polyaryletherketone resin-based prepreg for preparing resin-based composite material connector (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin-based prepreg does not require high-temperature shaping and formed by in-situ curing and molding with other resin-based composite materials. The preparation method of composite material connector is simple and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application method of the prepreg for preparing fiber fabric-reinforced polyaryletherketone resin-based composite material connectors, which involves laying the fiber fabric-reinforced polyaryletherketone resin-based prepreg in mold, molding at 350-550 degrees C under vacuum condition of 5-10 MPa for 10-25 minutes, lowering temperature to room temperature at rate of 10-25 degrees C/minute, demolding to obtain reinforced polyaryletherketone resin-based composite material containing 60-75 vol.% fiber, immersing the polyaryletherketone solution not-fully impregnated fiber fabric component in resin-tetrahydrofuran solution, drying and curing to obtain connecting component of polyaryletherketone fiber composite material and the resin-based composite material. The resin is isocyanate, epoxy resin or phenolic resin. The molding process is thermocompression molding or non-thermocompression molding.
