NOVELTY - An electromagnetic-shielding and heat-dissipating paint comprises 30-50 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane emulsion, 5-8 pts. wt. surface hydroxylated carbon nanotubes, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. nano silica, 3-5 pts. wt. ammonium molybdate, 1-3 pts. wt. aluminum-magnesium alloy powder, 1.1-2.2 pts. wt. additive, 20-40 pts. wt. water, and 6-10 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - Electromagnetic-shielding and heat-dissipating paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of paint comprising mixing raw materials except curing agent, grinding to 30-50 mu m, ultrasonically dispersing, adding curing agent, and mixing.
