The composite nano material is formed by bonding silicon phthalocyanine amine (I) with graphene oxide through covalent bond, where mass ratio of amino-silicon phthalocyanine to graphene oxide is 0.1-8:1-9. USE - The nano material is useful in preparing anticancer medicine for synergistic photodynamic and photothermal therapies (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano material: exhibits excellent synergistic effects of photodynamic therapy and thermal treating in vitro cell experiment and living mice experiment; improves fatality rate and treating efficiency of cancer cells; and has simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Amino-silicon phthalocyanine-graphene oxide composite nano material is claimed. The composite nano material is formed by bonding silicon phthalocyanine amine of formula (I) with graphene oxide through covalent bond, where mass ratio of amino-silicon phthalocyanine to graphene oxide is 0.1-8:1-9. n = 0-10. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing amino-silicon phthalocyanine-graphene oxide composite nano material comprising (i) oxidizing graphene in N,N-dimethylformamide, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain suspension, (ii) adding 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride into suspension, then adding N-hydroxylsuccinimide, N,N-diisopropylethylamine and (I), reacting at normal temperature by stirring under nitrogen atmosphere, and (iii) separating and purifying the reaction product, and then freeze-drying the obtained solid product to obtain final product.
