NOVELTY - Crystalline silicon solar aluminum paste comprises 65-85 wt.% aluminum, 0.5-3 wt.% glass frit/graphene composite powder, 0-5 wt.% glass frit, 5-30 wt.% organic carrier and 0.01-5 wt.% additives. Glass powder and multilayer graphene are ball-milled in presence of milling medium, filtered, washed and dried to obtain glass frit/graphene composite powder. The content of graphene in glass frit/graphene composite powder is 5-30 wt.%. USE - Crystalline silicon solar aluminum paste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The crystalline silicon solar aluminum paste has excellent conductivity, and can be prepared by simple method.
