▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Stainless steel plate comprises a substrate layer and an antibacterial layer. The substrate layer is a plate-shaped piece made of stainless steel. The antibacterial layer is coated on the surface of the substrate layer. The antibacterial layer comprises 35-40 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 3-5 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-15 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene, 3-5 pts. wt. cyclohexanone, 2-3 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 6-8 pts. wt. hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent, and 2-3 pts. wt. nano antibacterial particle. The nano antibacterial particles comprises silicon dioxide/titanium dioxide particle with a core-shell structure. USE - The plate is useful for cabinet. ADVANTAGE - The plate covers the surface of the stainless steel substrate with an antibacterial coating, improves photocatalytic performance and antibacterial performance, can be uniformly and effectively dispersed on the surface of the stainless steel substrate and has excellent antibacterial and durable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing stainless steel plate, comprising (i) take stainless steel plate-shaped parts and removing oil and degreasing the surface, naturally drying, grinding and coarsening the surfaces on both sides to obtain a modified matrix layer; (ii) mixing zinc dihydrogen phosphate, zinc nitrate, sodium chlorate, tartaric acid, emulsifier, water and silane coupling agent, preparing the connecting modification solution, placing the modified substrate layer in the connecting modification solution, allowing to stand for 6-8 minutes at room temperature, washing and drying to obtain connecting layer coating substrate; (iii) stirring and mixing the fluorocarbon resin, acrylic resin, dimethylbenzene, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, hexamethylene diisocyanate curing agent and nano antibacterial particles and placing in the spraying device, carrying out spraying treatment at room temperature until the connecting layer covers both sides of the base body, and curing at room temperature.
