▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide is prepared by (A) adding concentrated inorganic acid (23 mL) into enclosed reactor, adding graphite powder (1 g) under agitating condition and cooling to 0-4 degrees C; adding potassium permanganate and reacting for 0.5-2 hours; (B) heating obtained reaction system to 60-70 degrees C for 12-24 hours; (C) adding hydrogen peroxide into distilled water and controlling volume ratio of distilled water to hydrogen peroxide of 10:1; and freezing to form ice cake; and transferring oxidized graphite into distilled water containing hydrogen peroxide until ice cake is dissolved completely. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared graphene oxide exhibits good dye absorption capability, thus achieving great industrial application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide is prepared by (A) adding concentrated inorganic acid (23 mL) into enclosed reactor, adding graphite powder (1 g) under agitating condition and cooling to 0-4 degrees C; adding potassium permanganate and reacting for 0.5-2 hours; (B) heating obtained reaction system to 60-70 degrees C for 12-24 hours; (C) adding hydrogen peroxide into distilled water and controlling volume ratio of distilled water to hydrogen peroxide of 10:1; and freezing to form ice cake; and transferring oxidized graphite into distilled water containing hydrogen peroxide until ice cake is dissolved completely. The step (C) comprises uniformly agitating, filtering, washing oxidized graphite respectively by 5% hydrochloric acid, distilled water and ethanol until there is no sulfate radical and pH is neutral; and drying product for 6 hours at 50 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide. Mass ratio of graphite powder to potassium permanganate is 1:4-6. About 1 g of the graphite corresponds to 100 mL of distilled water.
