NOVELTY - The metal composite board has an upper metal plate (1) and a lower metal fixing plate (5) integrally connected by foaming insulating heat insulating plate (4). A graphene electric heating film (2) and a reflecting film layer (3) i.e. metal reflecting film, are overlapped between the upper metal plate and the lower metal fixing plate and covered by the heat insulating plate. A bottom end face of the graphene electric heating film is tightly attached to an upper end face of the reflecting film layer. The upper metal plate is made of metal material. The lower metal fixing plate comprises aluminum alloy or stainless steel. An outer surface of a paint decorative layer is attached with a UV protective layer of wear-resistant, flame-retardant and anti- corrosion and formed with metal material that comprises aluminum alloy or stainless steel. USE - Graphene electro-thermal metal composite board. ADVANTAGE - The metal composite board can make the graphene electro-thermal film, reflecting film and metal plate utilize on-line foaming continuous production technique for producing graphene electric metal composite plate, realizes changing application of the graphene electric heating film, simplifies process from the production process to ensure energy saving effect and save use cost.
