▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dots comprise adding monolayer graphene oxide to solvent to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding 5-30 nm hexagonal crystal structured-zinc oxide and stabilizer, and dispersing to obtain dispersed colloidal solution; hydrothermally reacting to 160-300 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, to obtain graphene quantum dots-containing suspension, adding acid to obtain clear suspension, filtering, adjusting pH to 7-8, stirring, filtering, discarding pellets, extracting suspension to obtain graphene quantum dots-containing extract, and evaporating to remove extraction agent. USE - Method for preparation of graphene quantum dots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and it can achieve narrow size distribution of quantum dots.
