▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves mixing piezoelectric polymer, organic solvent and water to prepare polymer solution. The organic solvent is dissolved in aqueous solution with the water. The polymer solution is spin-coated on a substrate. Phase separation is performed under a condition of temperature of 30-40 degree Celsius and humidity of 40-50% to form a porous film on the substrate, where mass percentage of the water is 5-10%. Graphene is added in process of preparing the polymer solution. USE - Method for preparing a porous piezoelectric film for a pressure sensor used in different applications. Uses include but are not limited to physiological information monitoring, acute and chronic disease evaluation, pathological change process tracking and surgical minimally invasive surgery. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes simple porous piezoelectric film preparation operation and improves uniformity of the porous micro-structure so as to enhance piezoelectric property of the thin film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a porous piezoelectric film; (2) a pressure sensor.
