NOVELTY - Method for preparing adsorption and catalytic bifunctional hypha material involves (a) weighing 30-50 g glucose, 10-40 g peptone and 10-30 g yeast extract powder, adding 700 ml deionized water to the medium, stirring uniformly, sealing, sterilizing at 121 degrees C for 10 minutes, and then leaving to cool to obtain a culture medium, (b) adding spore suspension and graphene oxide suspension to the prepared culture medium, centrifuging, adjusting the pH to 7.2-8.1, and culturing to obtain mycelium-graphene oxide, (c) adding titanium dioxide nanomaterial and hydrazine hydrate to the prepared mycelium-graphene oxide, stirring and culturing at 26-30 degrees C for 20-30 hours, (d) evaporating, concentrating, washing and drying the adsorption-catalytic bifunctional hypha material to obtain a pure adsorption-catalytic bifunctional hypha material, and (e) irradiating the adsorption-catalyzed bifunctional hyphae material with gamma -rays at a dose of 200-500 kGy for 2-5 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing adsorption and catalytic bifunctional hypha material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares adsorption and catalytic bifunctional hypha material with good degradation effect on organic matter in radioactive wastewater and a significant adsorption effect on heavy metal elements, is performed in an energy-saving manner with high efficiency, enables to easily recycle product and has good engineering prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing adsorption and catalytic bifunctional hypha material involves (a) weighing 30-50 g glucose, 10-40 g peptone and 10-30 g yeast extract powder, adding 700 ml deionized water to the medium, stirring uniformly, sealing, sterilizing at 121 degrees C for 10 minutes, and then leaving to cool to obtain a culture medium, (b) adding spore suspension and graphene oxide suspension to the prepared culture medium, centrifuging at 120-200 revolutions/minute (rpm) for constant temperature, adjusting the pH to 7.2-8.1, and culturing at 26-30 degrees C for 55-90 hours to obtain mycelium-graphene oxide, (c) adding titanium dioxide nanomaterial and hydrazine hydrate to the prepared mycelium-graphene oxide, uniformly stirring at 120-200 rpm by constant temperature centrifugation, and culturing at 26-30 degrees C for 20-30 hours, (d) evaporating, concentrating, washing and drying the adsorption-catalytic bifunctional hypha material to obtain a pure adsorption-catalytic bifunctional hypha material, and (e) irradiating the adsorption-catalyzed bifunctional hyphae material with gamma -rays at a dose of 200-500 kGy for 2-5 hours.
